Cassidy Willetts

Digital Experience Specialist

Cassidy Willetts

Cassidy shapes how Kāinga Maha's work gets communicated to the people and partners who matter most, making sure the story lands with the right audience, not just that it gets told.

Her role sits across content, coordination, and digital strategy. At Kāinga Maha, that means writing and managing website content and blog articles, coordinating communications projects, supporting campaign work, and liaising with website developers and digital strategists to keep the organisation's online presence an accurate reflection of what it does and who it's for.

With a background spanning both the public and private sectors, Cassidy is comfortable communicating across a wide range of audiences. This is a strength in housing development, where the same project might need to speak clearly to community organisations, councils, funders, and future residents all at once. Her approach is grounded in user experience thinking: understanding who needs to receive information, what they actually need to know, and how to make that as clear and accessible as possible.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Victoria University of Wellington, with experience across digital content, social media strategy, and marketing coordination.

Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys the gym, going on walks, and spending time with friends and family.
