Richard sits on Kāinga Maha's Advisory Board, bringing decades of leadership across property development, finance, and governance to the organisation's strategic direction.
He spent twelve years as Chief Executive of Mike Greer Homes, growing it into one of New Zealand's largest residential developers, and built his earlier career in corporate and structured finance in New Zealand and London. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Management from Lincoln University and has served in governance roles across the property and construction sector.
