Hannah helps clients understand what their land and buildings are really capable of, then guides projects from that early thinking through to delivery.
Her background spans large-scale urban regeneration, public sector land strategies, and mixed-use developments in both the United Kingdom and Aotearoa New Zealand, working across the full development lifecycle: masterplan optimisation, feasibility and financial analysis, land transactions, procurement, and stakeholder coordination. Before moving to New Zealand, she spent eight years at JLL in London, progressing from graduate to Associate Director within the Strategic Development Consulting team.
At Kāinga Maha, Hannah focuses on our development advisory services, specialising in working with mission-aligned organisations to help them realise both the financial and social value inherent in their land assets, providing recommendations that balance commercial performance with wider placemaking and community outcomes. She delivers bespoke advice to Boards and leadership teams to build development capability at a strategic level. By supporting on the delivery of our residential projects through consenting and construction, she is able to embed first-hand delivery experience into our advisory services.
She is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, graduating with Distinction, and a BA in English Literature from Cardiff University, graduating with First Class Honours.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys exploring Aotearoa New Zealand, including hiking, cycling, and campervan trips.
