Our vision

Arbor Green is a residential development in Rolleston. Its 10 homes bring together off-site manufacturing, Homestar 6 (v5) performance targets, and smart home technology to deliver high-spec homes at a far more affordable price point.

Rather than defaulting to the standalone dwellings that dominate the local market, Arbor Green applies its performance-first approach to more diverse housing typologies, expanding real housing choice in a rapidly growing community.
