By revitalising a previously insolvent project, the development brings new life to the site, delivering warm, efficient homes that contribute to Christchurch’s housing supply.
Through targeted design refinements and a focus on buildability and performance, the project shows how smaller-scale developments can still achieve strong environmental standards and deliver meaningful outcomes for residents and the surrounding neighbourhood.
