Paula has spent more than 25 years delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments across Aotearoa New Zealand and the United Kingdom, shaping some of both countries' most significant city projects.
She specialises in leading complex projects from early feasibility and planning through design management, procurement, construction, and completion, with strong expertise in development feasibility, financial management, programme delivery, and governance, supporting informed decision-making at both project and board level.
Paula has a proven track record working across multi-partner developments, collaborating closely with developers, contractors, consultants, local authorities, and community stakeholders. Her approach combines technical capability with strong relationship management, ensuring projects are well-coordinated, commercially sound, and successfully delivered.
Her portfolio includes major urban regeneration and city-shaping projects such as the One Central inner-city development in Christchurch and the transformation of Auckland's Wynyard Quarter waterfront. She has also delivered significant commercial projects including the Fisher and Paykel Healthcare Head Office, the BBC Mailbox offices in Birmingham, and the Royal College of Art Southern Campus in London.
She has been recognised for her leadership and contribution to the industry through a nomination for the Resene Women in Property Award and selection for the Fletcher Building Branching Out Leadership Programme.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys live music, spending time outdoors, and travelling, experiences that continue to inspire her perspective and approach.
